By law all Gas work that we carry out has to be certified by a body called “Gas Safe”. We are registered members and all gas work we undertake is certified and jobs checked at random by inspections.
(Gas Safe Registered number 531400).
Electrical work is also required, by law, to be certified and carried out by trained and qualified professionals. We are members of NAPIT (National Association for Professional Inspectors and Testers) who inspect our work and this in turn allows us to certify all completed work.
As members of the National House Building Council (NHBC) we are able to build new homes and convert existing dwellings under NHBC guidelines. We do this by conforming to a strict set of standards, enabling the home owner to have a 10 year guarantee with their new home. NHBC warranty is also a requirement of many mortgage companies.
